However, due to their extremely limited availability and light-atom-only skeletons, determining their absolute stereochemistry using conventional single-crystal X-ray diffraction was highly challenging.<br \/>\nTo overcome this, we applied SPERA PHARMA\u2019s advanced 3D ED\/MicroED technology, which enabled rapid and reliable stereochemical determination from trace amounts of sample.<br \/>\nThese compounds have been identified as potential seed compounds for hepatitis B drug discovery.
